The most sustainable travel option to Luleå is the overnight train from Stockholm. Travel with Vy to avoid any change of trains as they operate the direct line. The train station is located in Luleå city center.

If you arrive by train the Demo North buses will pick you up at Kulturens Hus for the Industrial Tour at 10.45 PM on May 14th.
Observe that if you are arriving with a later train, participation on Industrial Tour is not possible.
The fastest way to get to Luleå from Stockholm is by direct flights, which take just over an hour.

If you have registered to participate all three days, you will be taking part of an exclusive tour to Gällivare, 250 kilometers north of Luleå. The quickest route back to Stockholm is by booking your flights from Kiruna or train from Gällivare to Stockholm. Otherwise, your point of departure home will be Luleå. Transfer back to Luleå or Kiruna Airport is complimentary for all participants.

Observe that if you are flying in with a later flight you must arrange your own transfer to your hotel and participation on Industrial Tour is not possible.
Transfer between Luleå airport and the city centre is 15 minutes. Pre-book a taxi (shared are available) or catch the bus right outside the terminal.

If you are driving to the conference by car and have registered for the Industrial Tour, May 14th the Demo North buss will pick you up outside of Kulturens Hus in central Luleå. Observe that it is not possible to join the Industrial Tour by car.
Once in Luleå, all travel to the other towns/conference venues is included in your ticket price and will be organized for you by the Demo North Summit team.

Guests are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements, as it is not included in the ticket price. We suggest a selection of hotels in Luleå, all conveniently situated within a brief stroll (less than 5 minutes) from the conference venue, Kulturens Hus, Luleå.

At the recommended hotels, we have secured preliminary reservations that will expire 60 days before the summit starts.
